Billing FAQ
Two kinds of credits, two rules. The monthly allowance included in your subscription resets at the start of each billing cycle and expires if unused. Credits you buy as a top-up never expire — they survive a downgrade and a cancellation. Consumption always spends the allowance first and purchased credits second.
Generation stops and we tell you. There is no surprise charge — that is a product principle, not a setting. You can buy a credit pack, or switch on opt-in auto top-up with a monthly ceiling you set yourself. If a generation fails because of an error on our side, the credits are refunded automatically within 60 seconds.
Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated, and your credit allowance moves to the new tier straight away. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. If your brands, channels, or seats exceed the new limits afterwards, they become read-only — they are not deleted. A downgrade never destroys data.
There is no time-boxed trial, because the Free tier is the trial: no time limit, no credit card. You only enter a card when you choose a paid tier. Your first purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, no reason required.
Because that is the actual state of it, and we would rather say so on the pricing page than in a support ticket. While the platform audit is under review, Postento prepares the full TikTok post and you tap publish in the app. Auto-publishing follows once the audit clears.
Subscription price increases do not apply to active customers for at least 6 months after they are announced. Per-action credit consumption can change with 30 days written notice — that clause has been in our terms from day one, so there is nothing to discover later.
